Our Chiropractic Services
Chiropractic adjustments use various techniques, such as spinal manipulative therapy. These techniques involve using hands or handheld tools to apply sudden and controlled forces to a spinal joint. These chiropractic treatments improve or alleviate symptoms, such as numbness and pain in the neck, lower back, upper back, hips, areas near the spine, and the knees and ankles. Aside from chiropractic adjustments, trigger point therapy may be used if applicable, especially when the objective is getting rid of chronic myofascial tissue pain.
Medical doctors may refer you to make spinal adjustments, which we can administer after auto accident injuries. Restoring your spine’s natural alignment can provide pain relief, restore your range of motion, and improve your body’s natural healing ability.
Treatment options recommended by our chiropractor will depend on the cause and severity of the pain in your neck. A tailored chiropractic treatment plan is formulated specifically for your unique case. These may be supportive chiropractic care, regular chiropractic adjustments, or manipulative and physiological therapeutics to address your pain issues.
Workplace injuries could include force trauma, slip and falls, movement injuries, and ankle and foot injuries. You will receive comprehensive diagnostic tests and treatment once you see your chiropractor. Our chiropractor will support your treatment and make thorough assessments and documentation to support your injury claim.
The chiropractic profession is also about ensuring that patients are qualified for quality chiropractic care. Like medical doctors, we do a thorough physical examination to determine specifically what is causing pain and discomfort. We will present you with a professional recommendation for treatment options designed to alleviate discomfort and pain unique to your case.
Our chiropractor can often reduce the need for surgery for lower back pain sufferers. Dr. LeBaron can identify spinal alignment issues that might be causing or worsening your lower back pain. Chiropractic management, such as precise applications of force by hand or by using instruments, can bring back normal functionality back to the vertebral joints, thereby reducing pain.
After a thorough examination of your arm and leg pain, chiropractic adjustments and traction can solve hip and leg pain issues right from their source. Sciatic nerve compression may also be used to achieve pain relief.
When the sciatica is damaged, you may lose sensation or experience sharp pain that runs through the hips down to the legs. Sciatica may be the result of spinal compression, a herniated disc, spinal stenosis, bone spurs, joint inflammation, and other spine issues. Chiropractic treatment for sciatica will depend on the patient’s personal needs. A chiropractor, for instance, can correct an out-of-place spinal disc in the case of nerve compression caused by a misaligned disc.
Whiplash is an injury that occurs when the neck is suddenly jerked in a backward and forward movement that typically happens in car accidents. This injury may occur even at low speeds when your car is rear-ended. This injury is called CAD trauma. Our team at LeBaron Chiropractic can restore your range of motion and spinal joint function after your CAD injury.

About Gilbert, AZ
Gilbert is a town in Maricopa County, Arizona located on the southeast portion of the Phoenix metropolitan area. Gilbert AZ was incorporated on July 6, 1920. The town was once known to be the “Hay Shipping Capital of the World” until late 1920. Gilbert is accessible through Loop 202, though a small section of the US 60 Superstition Freeway passes through its northern boundary at the Highley Road interchange. The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport are only several minutes drive away.
The town was established by William “Bobby” Gilbert, who provided land to the Arizona Eastern Railway in 1902 for a line that connects Florence, Arizona, with Phoenix. Among its first occupants were Mormons who had fled colonies in Mexico. By the 1920s, Gilbert was primarily an agricultural town fueled by the rail line and the construction of the Roosevelt Dam as well as the Eastern and Consolidated Canals.
By 2019, the town is highly regarded for its livability, safety, and family life based on national surveys. Gilbert Az is also considered among the best livable towns, being the fourth-safest town in the country (of the 182 communities ranked) and the best place to raise a family in the United States.
Notable landmarks are the Gilbert Regional Park and Desert Sky Park, established in 2019 with multi-million dollar investments, and the 9/11 Memorial at the Town Hall which was created from a beam from New York City.
